With up to 1.6GHz Intel Pentium M processors running on the latest Intel 855GM chipset and 512MB DDR266 RAM, the Acer TravelMate 380 offers an attention-grabbing combination of power and lightweight mobility. The Centrino architecture helps extend battery life to 4.5 hours allowing it to keep pace with the most demanding mobile business developments.
The Acer TravelMate 380 sets new standards for screen and keyboard sizes in the ultra-portable category. The 12.1-inch XGA colour TFT LCD screen supports a pixel resolution of 1024 x 768. The Acer TravelMate 380 series allows users to access their data securely via wireless broadband Internet access in wireless LAN hotspot environments. In addition, its features an integrated 56K ITU V.92 data/fax modem with full PTT approval.
Input/output interfaces include an IEEE 1394 interface, VGA, infrared and two USB 2.0 ports, 100-pin port replicator and one Type II PC Card slot giving you a full range of anytime, anywhere connectivity options.
Notebooks are pre-installed with Microsoft Windows XP Professional Edition operating system with Recovery CD.
