Discounts on 1:1 marketing services, new training resources and a managed print services offering are among the new initiatives now available exclusively for members of the Xerox Premier Partners Global Network.
Several hundred of the world's leading graphic communications providers attended a two-day Xerox Premier Partner Congress at Drupa 2012, the world's largest print media trade fair, which is being held in Dusseldorf, Germany, from 3 to 16 May, where the new programmes are being announced. The congress is focused on growth opportunities in graphic communications.
“Our Premier Partners are some of the greatest companies in this industry, and they are anxious to take advantage of the new initiatives offered to them,” says Paul Haglich, marketing manager of the production systems group in the Xerox division at Bytes Document Solutions. “We're investing in our customers by giving them innovative ways to grow their businesses.”
Three new exclusive offerings for Xerox Premier Partners can help address business requirements by:
Expanding personalisation capabilities
* The XMPie Cross Media Center, located on the Premier Partners' private portal, allows free access to the XMPie Marketplace, which offers royalty-free Photoshop images and documents ready for personalisation. A free XMPie uStore Facebook App Connector for XMPie's uStore application, as well as half-off a six-month subscription to the premium version of the new XMPie Circle cloud-based personalisation solution, is also available.
Improving customer service
* Xerox University offers a source of professional training and development services online and face-to-face through business development consultants around the world.
Simplifying back-office processes
* A new managed print services offering allows Premier Partners in Europe and North America to enter this high-growth business by providing onsite management services for production and office printing using a Xerox cloud-hosted solution.
Premier Partners can find more information on each of the new value-added initiatives on the Premier Partners private portal. “South African-based Xerox digital press owners are welcome, and indeed encouraged, to join the Premier Partners Organisation in order to benefit from many business development opportunities and initiatives offered by this organisation to its members,” says Haglich.
