Yealink releases its new generation of IP phones - SIP-T46G, SIP-T42G

Yealink is once again at its innovative best, with the release of the T4x Series IP Phones. These phones are designed specifically for users who expect integrated communication to come with excellent functionality and ultra-smart design.

The SIP-T46G and SIP-T42G represent a new generation of VOIP phones for business users who need a range of rich telephony features, a friendly user interface and superb voice quality. Both are seen as a future-proof infrastructure investment capable of providing a seamless and low-cost switchover to modern Gigabit Ethernet networks.

Both have dual-port Gigabit Ethernet connections that offer a range of flexible installation options. This also ensures much lower cabling costs. The T4x Series also boasts a wide range of advanced technical features with a revolutionary design. The convenience and ease of use of the T4x Series is designed to make pen and paper redundant in busy environments and represents the cutting-edge of contemporary VOIP technology in action.

The SIP-T42G is a truly cost-effective Gigabit IP phone. This three-line IP phone has furthermore been designed by pursuing ease of use in even the tiniest details, like with the 2.7-inch 192 x 64 graphical LCD display with backlight and enhanced sound quality, which is delivered by the Optima HD Voice system, which meets TIA 920 certification standards.

The SIP-T46G, Yealink's latest IP phone for executive and other professional users, features an extra-large 4.3-inch colour display with 480 x 272 pixels, high-resolution and TFT display screen, which means that caller information is always shown clearly, with high illumination.

There are two accessories for the SIP-T46G that enhance performance; the first is the EXP40 Expansion Module, designed to take a SIP phone's functional capability to a new level. It uses a large backlit graphic LCD and two pages of 20 flexible buttons. The buttons are shown on the display and can be programmed for up to 40 productivity-enhancing features.

The second accessory is the BT40 Bluetooth USB dongle, which makes connectivity to the SIP-T46G through a wide variety of Bluetooth headsets possible. This allows users to receive calls anywhere in the office.
