Your complete provider of computer printer maintenance services

Johannesburg, 23 Jul 2012

Laser Ink, the independent computer printer maintenance company, today announced some additional capabilities that complement its existing and comprehensive portfolio of computer printer maintenance services.

“Although some of these services are not new, we haven't previously publicised and formally announced their existence,” commented Ramiro Da Silva, Director of Laser Ink. “We also value the feedback we receive from our client base and, wherever appropriate, consider incorporating their suggestions into our portfolio.

“Our latest initiatives include the servicing of SLA agreements that many of the JSE IT-listed companies have with their clients and an asset buyback facility that may arise from 'short-term initiatives' such as the 2010 FIFA World Cup,” continued Da Silva. “With regards to the latter, we would also consider buying back equipment that is no longer required following an upgrade or replacement programme that users may have undertaken.

“We pride ourselves on our short turnaround times and the calibre of staff employed in our refurbishment centre, who are capable of handling such delicate issues as laser fuser assemblies and dot matrix print head replacements,” concluded Da Silva.

“We import our parts directly from the manufacturers themselves and have a substantial stock holding of replacement parts/components. We aim to be the preferred 'one-stop-shop' for printer maintenance services, and, to this end, we also have a 50km radius pick-up and delivery service.”
