This award follows Neotel meeting rigorous standards set out by Cisco to demonstrate it is qualified to sell, install, and support Cisco solutions in South Africa.
According to Cisco, Neotel also displayed broad technological expertise across multiple technologies by achieving advanced specialisations in data centre, routing and switching, service provider and wireless LAN technologies. Neotel's exceptional technological expertise also aligned with the company's ability to demonstrate high levels of customer satisfaction and support.
As a Cisco Gold Certified Partner, Neotel will benefit from the highest level of certification-specific rewards and recognitions. The company will also receive technical support, productivity tools, online training, marketing resources and sales promotions.
