True selects Nice SmartCenter

Thailand-based fully-integrated telecommunications service provider, True, has selected Nice SmartCenter for its VOIP contact centres, states Digital Media Asia.

Nice Perform and the Nice workforce management solutions will replace competing systems that are currently being used.

True said that it selected Nice SmartCenter to leverage the synergies of the Nice solutions, to improve customer service, dispute resolution capabilities and operational efficiency.

eGain, Cystelcom, Verint partner

eGain Communications, Cystelcom Sistemas and Verint will come together to present their latest contact centre and customer service offerings at Cisco Expo 2008 in Madrid on 1 to 2 April, according to Market Wire.

This initiative combines the forces of these three providers and is designed to help organisations increase their contact centre performance, maximise visibility and productivity of agents, improve sales and customer relationship performance and deliver significant cost savings.

The offering leverages the companies expertise and core strengths in customer service, quality-monitoring processes, productivity improvement, and contact centre analysis/evaluation.

Really Simple unveils CRM platform

UK-based hosted CRM provider, Really Simple Systems, has released a white label hosted CRM platform called 'Really Simple OEM', reports Thewisemarketer.com.

The platform allows CRM system resellers to offer a hosted CRM system using their own branding, support details, domain name and commercial terms.

As well as addressing the technical and legal aspects of reselling hosted CRM, the company has addressed the commercial issues of reselling subscription services by billing the reseller monthly in arrears for usage, leaving resellers free to set their own end-user terms.
