IT Trust gaining new ground with Kaseya

Johannesburg, 05 May 2010

IT Trust, a four-year-old IT specialist company and Microsoft Gold Partner, as well as Certified Small Business Specialist, has joined with Kaseya, the world's leading automated managed software service solutions company.

The core business is support services and supply of hardware and software, as well as implementation and designing of network infrastructures. The other major focus is fingerprint readers (biometrics).

IT Trust foresees that Kaseya won't only have an added value to IT Trust's clients, but will both improve its response time and ease of management resources.

“We started a company focused on personal relationships with all our clients and we won't change the dynamics of the way we conduct our business. Our core focus here is to add value to the solutions that we provide to our clients, and at the same time make us more proactive in our day-to-day support activities. We believe that Kaseya will add to our company in this regard, as well as raise our profit margins and improve the way we do business significantly,” says co-owner Karl Germishuysen.

Garth Hayward, regional manager for Africa, says: “Kaseya's explosive growth is driven by our recent launch of Kaseya 2, the next generation of powerful managed services software. South Africa's rapid adoption of Kaseya's solutions is a mirror of the growth we are seeing around the world.”

According to the recent MSPmentor 100 list (February 2010), more than half of the top 100 information technology-based managed service providers (MSPs) worldwide use Kaseya. The survey also revealed that 60% of the Top 25 MSPs ranked by recurring revenue use Kaseya, growing at a stunning rate of 152% despite ongoing economic conditions.
