Cradle is a premier solution partner and label printer repair specialist for Zebra Technologies (www.zebra.com), platinum partner for Honeywell (www.honeywellaidc.com), and partner for Extreme Networks (www.extremenetworks.com), Ivanti (www.ivanti.com) and BarTender (Seagull Scientific) (www.seagullscientific.com), providing sales, support and professional services.
Turnkey Solutions has similarly been providing enterprise wireless, mobile computing, barcoding, RFID and label products and related professional services for the past 24 years across South Africa to many large corporate customers in retail, manufacturing and logistics.
In a mutually beneficial agreement, Turnkey merged with Cradle on 1 October 2018.
"Joining the Cradle team will allow us to offer our loyal customers greater depth of resources and a broader professional services and support infrastructure through an 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri manned help-desk, workshops and engineers in Johannesburg and Cape Town, remote engineers based in Durban and Port Elizabeth, and a dedicated administration team," comments Henri Meier, owner of Turnkey Solutions.
