Multi-platform endpoint management provider FileWave has partnered with TeamViewer, a remote access and remote control computer software.
The partnership will enable FileWave customer administrators to remotely steer hardware and better support their organisations through the TeamViewer remote connectivity cloud platform.
According to the companies, the platform enables secure remote access to any device, across platforms from anywhere, anytime. The partnership was signed last month.
Vasily Suvorov, CTO at FileWave, says as his organisation aims to help customers cover all their key cross-platform endpoint management needs with an easy to use, unified endpoint management solution suite.
“The partnership will enhance our customers’ ability to effectively serve their staff and customers,” he adds.
He says adding the TeamViewer functionality to FileWave’s product line is the right step towards fulfilling its vision of being a one-stop-shop UEM software provider.
FileWave solutions include multi-platform device management, remote enablement, centralised software distribution, patch management and more.
