Ray Kelly joins Certiport

Computer literacy skills training organisation, Certiport, revealed that Ray Kelly has joined the company as its president and CEO, says Sys-con Media.

Kelly succeeds the company's entrepreneurial leader, David Saedi, whose work includes the development of Certiport Internet and Computing Core Certification as the de facto standard for digital literacy in the world.

Bruce Hernandez, chairman of the Certiport board of directors, says Kelly will continue to build on the organisation's market strength and relationships, helping the business scale to meet the growing demands of the global marketplace.

Pano Logic appoints VP

Pano Logic, a provider in centralised virtual desktops, has appointed Parmeet Chaddha as executive vice-president of engineering, states DABCC.

Chaddha will be responsible for product strategy and leadership of the company's product development roadmap. He joins Pano Logic from MobileVerbs, where he held the position of CEO and co-founder and led the development of the company's next-generation mobile marketing platform.

John Kish, president and CEO of Pano Logic, says: “As the desktop virtualisation market continues to expand, Parmeet will direct Pano Logic's product strategy, determining our customers' biggest needs and how the Pano System can meet them.”

Platform Computing selects marketing officer

Platform Computing, a manufacturer in grid and cloud computing software, has appointed Randy Clark as chief marketing officer, reports PR News Wire.

Clark will be responsible for Platform's worldwide marketing and will also be focusing on the company's cloud computing initiative.

Clark brings to Platform more than 20 years of proven experience in marketing and business development for both early stage and large public enterprise software companies.
