Spescom DataVoice announces double Avaya certification

Spescom DataVoice has announced a double Avaya compliance acceptance for two of its recording solutions, strengthening its ties with leading call centre technology provider Avaya.

Two DataVoice recording solutions designed to support the latest leading Communications Manager and Predictive Dialer System telephony platforms, were tested. They were officially certified as compliant at the Avaya Solutions Development Lab in the UK, by the Avaya DeveloperConnection Technical Team.

Spescom DataVoice offers state of the art compliance recording systems, screen recording, performance management and speech analytics solutions, designed to support contact centre operations of any size. Support for the latest Avaya Communication Manager 3.0 is provided in the newest version of the DataVoice Definity Recording Controller.

With its Avaya Predictive Dialer System (PDS) solutions, DataVoice supplies its customers with the best of recording, performance management and speech analytics solutions, carefully tailored and optimised for outbound operations of all sizes.
