Forget fireworks, the pace of this week's National Tender Bulletin suggests the assistance of a walking frame. Nevertheless, this shouldn't be seen as a cause for concern. Instead, consideration must be given to the role post-election leadership changes may have had on the direction of procurement policy; not to mention the excitement of the FIFA Soccer World Cup wrapping up in Brazil.
