Global provider of customer service solutions Genesys has crowned Bytes Systems Integration its 2013 Partner of the Year in the UK, Ireland and South-East Africa region. The award recognises that Bytes Systems Integration, a Genesys partner since 2006, has brought in the most new accounts for Genesys in the region.
"The awards are based on partner growth initiatives and how well partners take advantage of opportunities for collaboration with Genesys in the preceding 12 months," says West McMullin, director of converged solutions at Bytes Systems Integration.
