COVID-19 has produced a crisis in the workforce, the economy and the world over. The demand for our product has led to an employee expansion programme, by upskilling young unemployed youths and running an internship programme, both the company and the interns have benefited. By utilising the internship programs offered by SETA and by adding unemployed youths part funded by the Western Cape government and by Universe Direct, we have been able to not only expand our business, but ensure a pipeline of talent as we grow.
