Blue Pencil Creative, a Dynamic Technologies company, has developed and delivered an animated explanation of ICT training academy Dynamic DNA’s Virtual Worx training package.

The COVID-19 lockdown has left many businesses having to play a very quick catch-up as they deal with the new realities presented by the current environment.

Dynamic DNA provides digital and classroom education for learners and industry professionals. During these turbulent lockdown times, company training is even more important when staff are working from home. Education takes on a whole new meaning when company survival depends on staff learning new ways of doing essential tasks.

Because promotional literature is often lengthy, littered with forgettable jargon, and only makes sense to those who wrote it, Dynamic DNA asked Blue Pencil Creative to make a video that appealed to a dynamic audience with notoriously little time. Blue Pencil Creative produced a short, sharp animated video that summarised Virtual Worx in 75 seconds. Even the most time-pressed 'lockdowned' executives will find time to watch and understand the Virtual Worx offering.

“We had to very quickly set up 350 students working from home to keep our learners actively engaged during lockdown. It was critical for us to provide this to our learners, particularly as we don’t know for how long the current situation will continue. We also want to anticipate a changing world where a blended approach of physical and virtual learning become the new normal,” says Prudence Mabitsela, MD of Dynamic DNA.

Virtual Worx talks to a cross-section of SME and corporate staff, including HR managers, learning and development managers, and general employees. The webinars can also be used by heads of departments and their staff in a virtual training setting, with opportunities for team-building, group learning and discussing how to overcome each company’s specific challenges.

Dynamic DNA’s virtual business platform also provides tertiary training institutions with effective ways to continue, and even improve, student training. These webinars are designed to assist training institutions to retain staff and student momentum, whatever the circumstances.

“The way business operates is changing. This change can be a seamless or highly disruptive transition for organisations, depending on whether or not employees are well prepared. Much responsibility now lies with management to provide the skills transfer to empower remote working in the most effective and productive way possible. These new business models may become the reality of the future – and possibly become a better and more efficient way of doing business,” says Mabitsela.
