Vox Telecom, an end-to-end technology provider, has won the award for SMB (Server Message Block) partner of the year in Southern Europe and Middle East Africa at the annual Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) Partner Day.

The ALE event is dedicated to strengthening and driving growth between the company and its business partners. As a means of encouraging partners to consider how to deliver technology opportunities that the changing customer environment represents today, ALE chose "Own it" as this year's theme.

Vox Telecom was selected over competing nominees Telephony Telecom (UAE) and Longwave (Italy), based on its outstanding achievements in the adoption and execution of ALE technologies, as well as an intensive sales drive in its markets.

Says Jacques du Toit, CEO at Vox Telecom: "Our strategic partnership with ALE enables us to deliver on our vision of providing turnkey solutions to our customers, and this award is a further recognition of the impact we are looking to make for, and with, our customers. We look forward to continued mutual success."
