Powered by eXalt Solutions, the tool is able to assist with complex VOIP configurations.

It enables partners to quickly put together complete multi-vendor telephony solutions with accurate pricing and rich quote materials.

Bandwidth.com upgrades

An improved online VOIP test has been released by Bandwidth.com, allowing customers to check their Internet connection for throughput, latency and SIP port compatibility for VOIP calls, reports VOIP-News.

The company provides advanced VOIP, Internet services, and managed network services to SMEs.

The new online VOIP test checks upload speed to determine if the Internet connection is capable of handling VOIP.

Raketu offers VOIP for smartphones

Raketu has released a Windows Mobile version of its software for making cheap international calls on smartphones, reports InformationWeek.

The downloadable application is intended for smartphones running the PPC2003, Windows Mobile 5, and Windows Mobile 6 operating systems.

Raketu provides a Skype-like service that enables VOIP calls from computers and mobile devices.
