The new Yealink VC solution is available through Even Flow Distribution, Yealink's platinum South African distributor, and will be launched to audio visual system integrators and solution partners through an exciting partner programme that offers massive value and support.

Yealink's initial VC product portfolio consists of the four-way multi-site VC400 and the point-to-point VC120. The VC400 video conferencing system is designed for head office use and capable of bridging four different video sites through the VC400's on-board MCU. The VC120 video conferencing endpoint is designed for branch office use and is capable of one-site connection. Both units support dual HDMI display, dynamic bandwidth adjustment, video recording and full HD video conferencing at up to 1080p at 30 fps. The VC400 in the future will support up to eight sites through an optional software upgrade.
Yealink's VC series has found a unique way of making video conference calls simple while their 1080P full HD capabilities ensures crystal clear images. The series includes an 18x optical zoom HD camera and a 360-degree omnidirectional pickup microphone as well as a built-in powerful MCU that allows 1080p video between four sites in addition to 1080p content sharing.
The Yealink VC series has huge network bandwidth advantages due to the fact that it requires no additional dedicated networks as it is supported by H.264 high profile technology and intelligent network adaptability, allowing savings of up to 50% on bandwidth. Intelligent firewall traversal also allows for easy setup on any network. The VC series provides intuitive operation, easy-to-use buttons and user interface, which allows for all operations to be carried out in fewer steps. This therefore requires no specialised IT staff in order to set up and use the series.
