Tender Watch

Government is easing into the new financial year, if this week's National Tender Bulletin is anything to go by. It's certainly a quieter issue but not without entries of interest.

On the telecoms side, the State Security Agency is looking for mobile satellite communication devices, while the Northern Cape Department of Co-Operative Governance, Human Settlement and Traditional Affairs requires a telephone system solution.

For hardware providers, the Road Accident Fund requires a selection of end-user devices as well as support and maintenance.

The remainder of the new opportunities are directed at various areas of the software industry, including an advertisement for the development of a monitoring and reporting system for the national Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs.
