Tian Horn is Hyland account manager, Southern Africa. He has almost three decades of experience in the software industry and specifically in the insurance sector, where he has focused on mission-critical core processing solutions.

Horn has worked in various regions around the world, including Africa, Europe, UK, Australia and the Nordic countries. This expansive experience provided him with the tools necessary to bring industry best practices to the fore in his role in Hyland's South African market.

He is passionate about the industries in which he operates and focuses on providing solutions aimed at improving efficiency, while driving down costs and providing an enhanced experience for policyholders or employees in the insurance arena.
