Dawn Wood has over 25 years’ experience in the IT industry with a background in voice and data, specialising in contact centres. She is business executive for interactive intelligence at Atio. Wood previously held positions at Siemens, Interactive Intelligence, Aspect, Intecom and EDS. Her career has taken her from North America to Europe and Africa. She has held roles in all areas of the business from operations, to sales and marketing. Wood has worked and advised on communications and contact centres for organisations such as DaimlerChrysler, British Airways, DHL, MultiChoice, Rennies Travel, Deutsche Telekom, Hilti and the United Nations, as well as various universities and educational institutions.
