Graham Vorster

CTO of Westcon AME.

Graham Vorster was recently appointed as CTO of Westcon AME, part of the Datatec Group. Having been involved in the IT industry for over 17 years, his experience spans across all the touch points of the IT value-chain. Above all, Vorster is a technologist, with a focus on packaging voice, security, mobility, storage and power solutions. Vorster has strong views on training and skills development in SA, which underpins Westcon AME's certification drive. In supporting this, he has pioneered the development of the Westcon Academy. In his capacity as CTO, Vorster is in charge of steering Westcon AME in terms of its product mix, pre- and post-sales support, professional services and technical direction.
