Ian Henderson, chairman and CTO, is co-founder of Rubric. Henderson combines a deep knowledge of globalisation issues with an equally deep understanding of technology and distributed team management. This includes overseeing the process of creating a better localisation experience for Rubric’s clients. Henderson’s opinion is often reported throughout the localisation industry, appearing in TechNewsWorld, Compute Scotland, and Multilingual Computing & Technology. Prior to Rubric, he worked in various management and engineering positions at Siemens (Germany), Expert Software and Phoenix Software (New Zealand), and Berlitz (England).
