Le Riche's 15 years of experience in the data and insights space within the FMCG industry focused on the collaboration of retailers and suppliers through data-led partnerships. She has worked closely with Africa's biggest retailer, assisting it to set up its category review process, putting the customer at the centre of all buyer and supplier discussions.

More recently at DataOrbis, she successfully managed the commercial side of the company's BI migration, through an effective change management process. Le Riche consults to DataOrbis customers migrating to BI solutions.
