Chamu M'Kombe is country manager for IBM's business continuity and recovery services in SA. The unit has operations in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban, and provides resilience consulting, business continuity and stand-by services to clients in all parts of the country. Through IBM's global operations, M'Kombe has been exposed to best practice in the business resilience field. His experience spans areas such as management consultancy, business development, operations management and project management. He holds an MBA and a Master's degree in engineering. He also received certification training within IBM and during the time he worked for other organisations.
