Richard Vester

EOH divisional director of Cloud Services.

Richard has been in the ICT industry for over two decades. He has been intimately involved in, and led, many new initiatives in this sector. Richard has worked with many leading ICT companies both locally and abroad and as such has a deep understanding of the market as well as the platforms, support and services required to continually innovate.

Richard joined iOCO in 2012, launching the cloud business. He is responsible for the strategic growth and direction of the business across all platforms globally. He forms part of the executive team responsible for the development of services across cloud, dev, data, testing, security and automation. Richard is a seasoned executive that has built many businesses from the ground up, not just in a single region but across multiple continents and cultures, with the most important part being leading great people.

Richard started his journey in the ICT sector at Internet Solutions where he launched many successful services from networking through to corporate mobility solutions. Richard was responsible for the enterprise division of Nokia across the SEA region and then went on to launch Vodacom Business - hosting, application and security business units.

Richard is an entrepreneur, passionate about people and leading organizations to achieve their strategic goals.
