Paul Swartz

Paul Swartz has in excess of 20 years’ experience in the financial services and IT sectors. He completed his MBA in 2002 through the Business School of the Netherlands. For eight years, he owned a consulting service where he was responsible for managing multimillion-rand projects for Old Mutual and Metropolitan Life. In 2012, Swartz joined Alacrity as GM, Development Services. During his tenure at Alacrity, he significantly improved the profitability of the business. In 2014, Swartz moved to Argility in the senior role of divisional executive, where he is currently responsible for business development and operations.
