Sahil Mungar heads up sales and marketing for FNB Mobile & Connect. FNB Mobile & Connect is the Internet service provider within FNB that provides FNB customers with affordable voice and data solutions. FNB Mobile & Connect also developed the FNB App, South Africa’s first smartphone and tablet computer banking application, as well as FNB.mobi, cellphone banking and inContact. Within FNB Mobile & Connect, Mungar manages the sales, marketing and business operations environment and team. He is responsible for, among other things, taking new and existing products to market, customer experience, strategic marketing, digital strategy and product sales via the FNB Mobile & Connect offerings. He is an exco member at FNB Mobile & Connect and has been with FNB since 2009. It takes a unique individual to run the Mobile & FNB Connect business team, which operates in both banking and telecommunications regulatory frameworks. Mungar brings his passion, expertise and zeal of mobile services and technology to FNB Mobile & Connect. Mungar is currently studying towards a Master of Business Administration, and holds multiple degrees and qualifications, which includes a Bachelor of Science Engineering degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. He is a Next Generation Networks Professional. He is also completing a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Pretoria.
