Terry White

Terry White is a director at CXO Advisor, which provides sourcing and procurement advisory services, as well as bid advisory services, to suppliers. White and his team have run many RFPs from preparation, through evaluation, to contracting and delivery assurance. White’s expertise in RFP preparation and bid responses is recognised by all the company’s clients as “the most comprehensive, efficient and fair process seen to date”. White is an expert in IT finance, strategy and procurement, among other disciplines. He is the author of three books on IT management: Reinventing the IT Department; What business really wants from IT; and Speed up the mess. He writes regularly for numerous IT magazines, both locally and overseas. One book has been translated into Russian. He has a Masters in Commerce (IT) and has lectured at a number of tertiary institutions on IT. He is currently studying for his Doctorate in IT Finance.
