Zaynab Leeya serves ThoughtWorks as a lead consultant. She has eight years of experience in the IT industry. Starting off as a trainer on object-oriented programming, Leeya spent the past six years specialising in agile development in a diverse set of industries. She has a passion for using technology to change the status quo, showing people the benefits of collaboration in the workplace, and loves to get them to push their boundaries. Leeya’s focus over the past year has been in leveraging agile in mission-driven organisations, using these methodologies for innovative application development in mobile technology, and creating industry standards in emerging communities.
