Spescom group company, Altris Software, Inc, and Staffware (UK Listed - STW) today announced that Microsoft Corp. has selected eB Knowledge Management Software and eProcess Workflow to develop a worldwide content management system to support its global Product Support Services (PSS) division.
The new jointly developed system will allow for creation, storage and localization of content for use in Microsoft`s Support Centers and support websites worldwide. With the introduction of Altris eB with Staffware workflow, the solution will provide a platform for standardized content creation and global management processes. Microsoft Product Support Services plans to deploy localized content to its global customers over the next year and this solution will ensure consistent document management and workflow in several languages, as well as allowing for a more consistent customer experience on Microsoft`s support websites.
