Johnnic Communications (Johncom) has appointed Connie Molusi as CEO with immediate effect.
Johncom is the owner of I-Net Bridge as well as Sunday Times and Gallo Music, among others.
The company has been the subject of much market speculation lately, with talk that parent Johnnic Holdings is planning to sell it.
Johncom says Molusi has been tasked with determining the future structure of the company.
"Mr Molusi will retain his current position as CEO of Johnnic Publishing and a new structure will be put in place," it says.
Johnnic Holdings says Christine Ramon has been appointed to the Johncom board in line with its commitment to retaining its 62.5% shareholding in the company.
