Altech non-executive director Dr Enos Banda has resigned.

The former Eskom chief has been a member of JSE-listed Altech's board of directors since February 2006.

Last year, Banda led a black economic empowerment (BEE) consortium, named Nariku, which a 25% stake in Altech Netstar's fleet management division.
