10Net ICT Solutions is offering MailMarshal customers the image classification and management plug-in, Image Analyzer, free if they upgrade to MailMarshal 2006 immediately and buy either of the spyware plug-ins, CounterSpy or PestPatrol.
Under the terms of the promotion, existing MailMarshal 2006 customers who buy either of the spyware plug-ins are also eligible for a one-year Image Analyzer subscription for free.
"The promotion is open to all users with a valid maintenance contract and ends on 29 September," says Riaan Otto, GM of 10Net ICT Solutions.
Image Analyzer detects pornographic image content. It scans images for curves and skin tones that are typical of human body parts.
Together, Marshal and Image Analyzer are enabling customers to add anti-porn protection to the MailMarshal SMTP content security filtering solution.
Roughly 15% of all spam is pornographic. That represents a high level of risk for companies and executives.
