3Com Corporation has announced a new trade-up programme in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) to enable organisations to migrate to the latest 3Com technology in time for the new millennium. The programme, which commenced on the 1 October 1999, will run until 31 December 1999 in South Africa, with the help of 3Com SA`s local distributors.
