3fifteen, the Microsoft applications solutions division in the Dimension Data group, has been awarded a contract from AngloGold to upgrade its Web site.
AngloGold, one of the world`s largest gold producers, is listed on the securities exchanges in Johannesburg, New York and Sydney as well as the London Stock Exchange, Euronext Paris and Euronext Brussels.
3fifteen development director and project leader Jimi Lutz says the upgrade is being developed by 3fifteen on the Microsoft .Net solutions platform that provides a single infrastructure that facilitates the rapid creation, deployment and management of external and internal facing portals.
"By working closely with AngloGold, we have been able to deliver an end-to-end solution within three months," Lutz says.
