The Microsoft Partner Awards are a prestigious recognition of the delivery, service, and innovation excellence of Microsoft partners both locally and around the world.
Local Microsoft development powerhouse 3fifteen, a subsidiary of Britehouse, is proud to announce it has been selected as a finalist in six categories, ahead of the annual Microsoft Partner Awards Ceremony, to be held at the International Convention Centre, in Durban, during August 2009.
The submission process for nominations is a stringent and lengthy one, with submissions being judged against strict criteria by leading industry experts. In order to be considered to be a finalist, a partner needs to score above a certain level in a variety of different areas. The awards recognise top performing Microsoft partners and their contributions made in key areas.
“3fifteen has a strong focus on customer service and the delivery of high quality business solutions. I am extremely proud that we have been selected as finalists in all the categories relevant to our business competencies,” comments James Baber, CEO at 3fifteen.
The five Microsoft competencies where 3fifteen qualifies as an awards finalist are; information worker solutions, business intelligence, SOA and business process, custom development and Microsoft Business Solutions (CRM). In addition to this, of special note is 3fifteen's selection as a finalist for the “Customer Experience Initiative Award” category, which represents outstanding achievement in relation to customer service and satisfaction.
“Being selected as a finalist in these categories is testimony not only to how valued 3fifteen is as a partner by Microsoft, but also to the value that we show our customers and the amount of effort we apply in all spheres of our business. We would like to thank all our customers who provided the relevant feedback and support during the adjudication process,” adds Baber.
