3fifteen, Dimension Data`s business applications development division, has established a specialised Microsoft Business Solutions CRM team to enable companies to implement the new Microsoft offering quickly and cost-effectively.

Microsoft Business Solutions CRM is designed to help mid-market businesses increase sales success, deliver superior customer service, and make informed business decisions, resulting in more profitable customer relationships.

Stephen Green, head of Microsoft SA`s Business Solutions division, says 3fifteen`s technical competency around the entire Microsoft portfolio - including .Net and Web Services - coupled with its understanding of Microsoft technology and architecture, will enable 3fifteen to assist customers to take full advantage of the new CRM solution.

"In addition, 3fifteen has a long and successful record of enabling integration across a variety of platforms using Microsoft BizTalk. One of the central tenants of CRM is the concept of integration: users have to be able to access and share customer information across teams and departments if they`re to have a complete, accurate picture of the customer.
