3fifteen snags fifth Microsoft competency

Aims to deliver unique CRM solutions based on collective expertise of all competency areas.
Johannesburg, 12 Feb 2008

Local software development and solutions specialist, 3fifteen, a Britehouse subsidiary, has announced its achievement of Gold partner status as a CRM specialist in Microsoft's Business Solutions competency.

This certification, when added to the company's four other Microsoft Gold Partner certifications (in the competency areas of Information Worker, Business Process and Integration, Data Management and Custom Development Solutions), positions it as one of Microsoft's most qualified Gold partners in the local market.

Roger Trummer, 3fifteen's Sales Director, says the company is obviously delighted with this new certification and believes it will add substantially to its successes over the coming year.

"Certifications such as this are key to our credibility in the market," Trummer explains. "With Gold certifications in five very different Microsoft competency areas, our capability to deliver should be beyond question."

Trummer says the five Gold certifications 3fifteen holds were chosen because they are complementary to each other and allow the company to deliver very unique solutions.

"We have carefully chosen these competencies and their specialist areas as they complement each other and allow us to strongly differentiate the solutions we deliver. This choice of competencies allows us to enrich each solution with expertise gained in other competencies," he says.

"For example," he continues, "by now adding CRM solutions to the mix, we have the ability to deliver CRM solutions that benefit from heavy analytics through our Data Management competency, CRM solutions that benefit from complex workflows through our Information Worker competency, Internet-enabled CRM solutions through our Business Process and Integration competency and heavily customised CRM solutions through our Custom Development competency.

"We are eager to see how this approach turns out, since we are in the throes of completing our first Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 implementation using expertise from our other competencies," he says.

"We believe this approach affords us a strong competitive advantage," he concludes.
