Local Microsoft development powerhouse 3fifteen, was recently announced as the winner of the Customer Experience Initiative Award by Microsoft, at its annual Partner Awards, held at the International Convention Centre, in Durban. This is the second time in four years that 3fifteen has received this coveted award from Microsoft.
The Customer Experience Award is reserved for, and recognises, Microsoft partners that have excelled in the area of customer satisfaction and service delivery, and is a prestigious recognition of the service and innovation excellence of Microsoft partners.
In order to even be considered a finalist, partners needed to demonstrate an understanding of their customers' needs, and develop unique and relevant approaches to customers in and out of project delivery - both in the good times and the difficult times.
James Baber, CEO at 3fifteen, comments: “I am extremely proud that 3fifteen has received such a prestigious award and I would like to thank all our customers and Microsoft for their support. The award confirms that 3fifteen's approach to customers, project delivery, and post project support is of an extremely high standard.”
Monique Lincoln-Burbidge from Microsoft added: “3fifteen have grown their customer satisfaction scores significantly over the last year. They have a very solid and structured customer engagement strategy in place. Their extensive support options are aimed at retaining customers and maximising customer loyalty. Well done, 3fifteen!”
