SAP Business One software solutions supplier and implementer, 4most, has signed a partnership agreement with Ziv Systems for the distribution of Assets One, a software program designed specifically to meet the needs of professionals in the construction and real estate industries.

"Our current customer base includes companies within the property development industry and we have a deep understanding of the requirements in this sector," said 4most business development director Eugene Olivier. "However, we felt that our portfolio lacked a comprehensive solution for managing construction projects and real estate assets. By joining forces with Ziv Systems and Assets One, we now have a solution that will underpin and strengthen our position in this vertical market."

Olivier added that 4most is now geared to provide greater added value to customers in the construction and real estate industries, as these sectors have unique business processes which Assets One, in conjunction with SAP Business One, handles smoothly and with efficiency.

The agreement will see 4most become the first authorised SAP Business One partner in South Africa to provide the highly specified Assets One for SAP Business One. Assets One was developed by the knowledgeable experts at ZIV Systems, with over 20 years of experience, and integrates seamlessly with the SAP Business One ERP system.

Designed to meet the needs of small and medium-sized companies in different stages of the business cycle and growth, Assets One is a comprehensive ERP system that handles construction projects and real estate property, and handles the assets life cycle from its construction, up to its sales, rent and maintenance activities.
