The Sage Group recently announced organic revenue growth of 4% for 2013, up from 2% in 2012, with 5% growth in the second half of the year alone.

Sage ERP X3, Sage's global ERP solution for mid-sized companies, delivered double-digit organic revenue growth of more than 12%, up from 8% in the first half of the year and exceeding 2012 results (5%) by some distance. Licences increased by 11%, customer services recurring revenue by 16% and professional services by 6%

"It is really pleasing to see the contribution made by Sage ERP X3 as it continues to grow into the solution of choice for mid-market companies," says Christophe Letellier, CEO of Sage ERP X3.

Sage ERP X3 ended its financial year with 4 200 customers, adding more than 500 over the course of the year, an increase of more than a fifth over last year. According to Letellier, they have also seen the number of Standard Edition customers growing at a fast pace, with an increase of 45%, which demonstrates the suitability of the solution for mid-sized companies.

"We now have more than 210 000 users across the Sage ERP X3 ecosystem, supported and served by the dedicated team at Sage and a network of 275 business partners who remain crucial to our ongoing success," says Letellier.

The group's international growth also proved once again that Sage ERP X3 is a truly global product. "We now have a presence in 60 countries around the world, and Sage ERP X3 is growing organically by 34% outside France, with our non-French revenue now accounting for 50% of Sage ERP X3 revenue. America, in particular, is performing outstandingly, posting growth of 48%, with new customer acquisition doubling in a year, and migration and support from the channel helping to drive a step-change in growth.

"Sage ERP X3 needs to build on this growth and continue expanding into new markets, working with new customers and improving Sage ERP X3 to be the best solution on the market. I am confident that, next year, we will see even greater success around the world," concludes Letellier.
