Engineering Informatics and AST Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solutions, a division of the AST Group, have entered into an agreement, which provides a framework for collaboration based on the unique skills of both companies. The partnership agreement ensures that both companies concentrate on their core competencies, whilst offering joint clients a comprehensive and integrated IT solution.

Engineering Informatics is a leading SAP/R3 Product Data Management (PDM) and Document Management Solutions (DMS) provider for the engineering, manufacturing and process industries. As one of the largest SAP implementers in South Africa, AST ERP Solutions has the necessary skills and expertise to implement, support and operate the SAP R/3 suite of products across various industry solutions such as mining, manufacturing and service solutions. Together, the two companies dovetail their skills for a totally integrated, but transparent, enterprise-wide solution.
