Cape Town - Abacus Telecomm has moved into the holistic telecommunications realm by now offering all aspects of telecommunication solutions to its clients. Both commercial and domestic clients can now obtain service, connections and solutions from Abacus Telecomm.
“We have come to realise that in order for us to be recognised in the telecommunications field, we have to offer all aspects of telecommunications products and services to our clients,” says Dominic Sardinha, owner at Abacus Telecomm. “We can no longer offer niche products to specific clients as the industry has changed significantly over the past few years. We want to now be seen as a real player in this market, and the only way to do this is to attack the market head on by offering all communications platforms to our clients, and be seen as an holistic communications service provider.”
Abacus Telecomm predominantly played in the least cost routing (LCR) space over the past nine years, offering call cost reduction specifically to cellular destinations for its clients. As the market has evolved over the past few years, Abacus Telecomm has too progressed, by firstly enhancing VOIP, then taking on converged telecommunication platforms with its IP PABX, and finally partnering with Neotel to offer its solutions and services as a viable communications offering.
“The next logical step for us,” says Sardinha, “is to offer all our clients every aspect of communication, giving them one port of call to address any and all of their communication requirements.”
