Local software solutions provider Abnoba has announced that RightFax is fast becoming the preferred business information delivery solution for banks. It recently partnered with one of the six largest banks and the largest foreign bank in SA as its preferred IT supplier and technical partner for process automation throughout the Central Europe, Middle East and African region.
Abnoba is an award winning black economic empowerment (BEE) software solutions provider that focuses on business process automation. It was recently awarded Platinum Business Partner status by AmVia for RightFax as well as a finalist for African Achievers for Top ICT SMME.
Abnoba CEO Fairoz Jaffer says Abnoba is fast gaining market share in the financial services arena. "Our clients, which include Citigroup SA and First Rand Group, were looking for more than just a supplier, they looked for a partner that could play a critical role in their business and IT decisions."
A vast number of large corporations, including banks, have had RightFax installed for years, but have never realised the enormous benefits of this business information delivery platform. To this end, Abnoba was instrumental in demonstrating the rich functionality of the application and its integration capabilities to companies like Citigroup SA and First Rand Group.
Together with its associate company Galdon Data, Abnoba has a unique service offering that provides customers with a fixed annual managed cost and peace of mind. The company offers its customers 24 X 7 support and includes Brooktrout card holding as part of the service.
This allows the customer to significantly reduce unexpected cost from their RightFax system. The total managed cost includes the service level agreement tied in with software upgrade subscription (SUS), upgrade installation, board holding, business assistance, etc. This allows customers to budget accurately without any surprises.
Jaffer says Abnoba has the responsibility of guiding its customers through a maze of constantly changing technologies while maintaining its focus on delivering business results. "We achieve this by having the depth and experience to respond to unique challenges and opportunities. We constantly look for ways to extend the customer investment, like integrating multifunction products (HP, Xerox, Nashua) with enterprise faxing."
Abnoba also has extensive experience with solutions that integrate to ERP solutions like SAP and Oracle. RightFax is a critical component for Business Process Automation for converting paper to digital, and it includes features like compliance, security and audit trails.
"In today`s increasingly connected business environment, the delivery of almost every product or service involves collaboration between people, applications and information. At the heart of this network of information sources are messaging, forms, documents and data - which provides the vast amount of information that feeds internal and external functions," he concludes.
