The South African Oracle User Group 2012 Conference, which takes place at Sun City from 21-23 October 2012, expects to attract in the region of 1 000 delegates. Delegates will include executives, IT decision-makers, technologists and developers, existing and new users of Oracle Technology, Fusion Middleware, applications and motivational speakers.
This year's conference theme: “Connect, Communicate, Collaborate” will be a collaboration of Oracle partners, vendors and users to gain new insights into your current investment and enhance your productivity. The conference theme this year will not only provide a platform for communication, but will also facilitate the sharing of ideas between users. The relationships build knowledge and information gained to increase the value of an organisation's IT investments, which offsets the time and cost attending a world-class educational event for Oracle users.
The SAOUG board has been hard at work preparing an exciting and stimulating programme, with many opportunities for debate and discussion, such as keynote addresses, different track sessions and special interest group meetings. The conference is aimed toward helping companies achieve greater results from the current Oracle technology and plan strategically to stay ahead of the competitors.
Well-respected keynote and invited speakers will add value, provide the latest news from Oracle Open World on the Technology Roadmaps, enrich your experience to optimise your systems, and show new solutions that will take your business to the next level. This year we also encourage customers and users to share information by showcasing their success stories on how Oracle Technology benefits their organisations to increase and market the overall technology performance in South Africa.
