PIC Solutions has been selected by Absa Bank, one of Africa`s largest financial services institutions, to develop a customer level behaviour scoring solution.
The PIC Solutions Predictive Modelling team will develop the customer level behaviour scorecards for the Absa Platinum One portfolio. This credit facility offers Absa clients a convenient and efficient means of managing their cash flow and funding requirements.
The new behaviour scorecards will be used with the customer management TRIAD system which ensures that Absa has the tools to effectively manage their customers.
TRIAD from Fair Isaac has become the standard for credit grantors worldwide and enables sophisticated credit, risk and marketing strategies, using behaviour scoring to forecast future performance. Through a controlled Champion/Challenger testing environment and detailed reporting generated by the system, clients are able to accurately assess the performance of competing strategies and make rapid changes to adapt to changing consumer behaviours and economic conditions
