Absa Bank, Africa`s largest banking group, has signed a CredITMentor contract with PIC Solutions. This retainer contract will involve PIC project managing aspects of Absa`s implementation of the TRIAD customer management system.
Absa is the first bank in Africa to commence implementation of the Fair, Isaac TRIAD customer management system, which has become the de facto standard for banks in Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
The CredITMentor Service enables Absa to `reserve` a specified number of support hours, over a 12-month period. The bank can then make use of the support as and when it is most required. This allows for the optimum allocation of specialised resources for project management, TRIAD and custom credit systems projects, combined with fixed monthly budgeting and on-time project delivery.
