Softline Accpac (a Sage company) has released Accpac CRM 6.2, a comprehensive, easy-to-use CRM system that delivers a low total cost of ownership for SMEs. Pre-configured and customisable screen themes, an expanded editor for multilingual e-mail campaigns, and an enhanced graphical view for managing relationships between multiple contacts are among the new feature additions users can look forward to.
Accpac CRM 6.2 uses industry-leading technology to encourage better business practices and efficient information exchange throughout an organisation, introducing the real benefits of CRM to small and mid-sized companies, says Jeremy Waterman, MD of Softline Accpac.
He explains that the additions are comprehensive and designed to enrich the Accpac CRM user and ownership experience significantly. For example, the more powerful and flexible Relationship Manager allows users to set up many-to-many relationships, and the improved graphical interface in this area provides for even greater ease of use. There are also significant improvements to the mobile experience as well as a range of performance improvements.
“In a time when maintaining good relationships is more important than ever, having the 360-degree view of your customer, which Accpac CRM 6.2 provides, is the only way to improve sales performance and resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently. Accpac CRM integrates with Accpac ERP systems to give users a complete view of customer activity across front and back-office functions, equipping sales, marketing, and customer service teams with the tools they need to find new customers, close sales faster, and build lasting, more profitable relationships.”
Accpac CRM 6.2 capabilities and enhancements include:
* New branding toolkit. Change the look and feel of Accpac CRM screens using provided themes. Administrators can customise or create entirely new themes.
* Expanded relationship management. Create and graphically view multiple relationships between primary entities such as a holding company and its subsidiaries, and many-to-many relationships such as multiple reps selling to an organisation's various divisions.
* Enhanced e-mail management. Produce professional mass e-mail campaigns with advanced editing and a multilingual spell checker.
* Simplified address management. A new, single screen manages updates and links between companies, people, and addresses for new and existing contacts.
* Enhanced integration. Includes additional sales data synchronisations, Outlook integration, and administrator management improvements.
This new release will help businesses take full advantage of the automation and customisation efficiencies technology makes possible. Accpac CRM 6.2 specifically lets organisations outfit their CRM systems to support the unique business environments they compete in, access critical financial and operations data through extensive ERP integration, and, overall, run their businesses more effectively.
