AccTech Systems is again the Sage ERP Business Partner for Africa for 2011. This is the eighth consecutive year that AccTech has been accredited as the leading Sage Business Partner in Africa. The announcement was made during Softline Accpac's annual partner conference, held in the Drakensberg at the weekend.
“The Sage ERP market has grown tremendously since the introduction of its tier 2 solution, Sage ERP X3, in 2008,” says Tertius Zitzke, Chief Executive Officer at AccTech Systems. “Sage ERP X3 has attracted a number of new Sage Business Partners into the channel and I'm extremely proud that the AccTech team can still claim top honours against such strong competition. We support in excess of 17 000 users across the continent and with awards like these, our customers have the assurance that they are dealing with the top partner in the channel.”

The status awards received for AccTech's performance in the various countries confirms the success of AccTech's strategy and investment across Africa. “This year we grew in all the geographies we operate in and have experienced better-than-expected results in some of the countries beyond our borders. African business is alive and well and the growth we've seen across our regional partners clearly points to a thriving African economy,” says Zitzke.
